CODORNÍU


Codorníu is the oldest and second-largest producer of Cava, the Spanish traditional method sparkling wine. Founded in 1551 near Barcelona, it is one of the oldest companies in Spain and one of the oldest wineries worldwide.

Codorníu Sparkling - made using the white Airén grape that goes through the process of de-alcoholizaition of wine. Citrus and tropical, white currant and gooseberry notes are a great accompaniment to appetizers, seafood, salads with fruits, fish and vegetables, crudités or desserts.

Codorníu Sparkling Rose is made with Macabeo, Xarel-lo, and Parraleta grapes. After the process of de-alcoholizaition, the wine shines through with aromas of red fruit, strawberries, cherries, and woodland fruits with hints of green apple.
