Ghia is a non-alcoholic apéritif with a bitter, sweet/tart flavor. Gingery with hits of rosemary, fig, elderflower, orange peel and super herbaceous. Great over ice with a splash of soda but fantastic in a cocktail.
Founder, Melanie, spent time as a child in the Mediterranean with her mother & grandmother partaking in aperitivo. She set out to make a non-alcoholic version that offered the same experience of connection, laughing and togetherness in the tradition of the aperitivo.
