THE GHIA GOLDEN MARIGOLD

INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ tsp. turmeric powder or 1” knob fresh root

  • 2 slices yellow bell pepper

  • ¼ tsp. prosecco vinegar

  • 2 oz. unsweetened coconut milk

  • 2 oz. GHIA APÉRITIF

    GARNISH- ground turmeric and/or marigold petals

 DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to shaker can & muddle.

  2. Dry shake to emulsify.

  3. Add ice & shake vigorously.

  4. Fine mesh strain drink into glass.

GARNISH with a dusting of ground turmeric on surface and/or marigold petals
