THE GHIA GOLDEN MARIGOLD

- ¼ tsp. turmeric powder or 1” knob fresh root 
- 2 slices yellow bell pepper 
- ¼ tsp. prosecco vinegar 
- 2 oz. unsweetened coconut milk 
- 2 oz. GHIA APÉRITIF - GARNISH- ground turmeric and/or marigold petals 
DIRECTIONS
- Add all ingredients to shaker can & muddle. 
- Dry shake to emulsify. 
- Add ice & shake vigorously. 
- Fine mesh strain drink into glass. 
GARNISH with a dusting of ground turmeric on surface and/or marigold petals
