ORANGE ESPRESSO MARTINI

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz. chilled very strong espresso

                      or espresso made from powder such as

                      Madaglia D’oro or Café Bustelo

  • ½ oz. maple syrup

  • 1 slice of orange

  • 2 oz. ½ & ½

  • ice for shaking & serving

  • Garnish: Coffee Beans or orange twist

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to shaker can & stir to incorporate maple syrup.

  2. Add ice to shaker can and shake until can is cold & drink is super frothy.

  3. Strain drink into glass.

  4. Garnish: coffee beans or an orange twist
